Requirements

Reside within reasonable commuting distance of the Denver office for on-site presence at least three days per week
Passion for building AI-forward solutions that scale globally
Knowledge of software and security best practices (e.g., object-oriented design patterns, OWASP Top 10, SOLID design principles)
Ability to write clean, maintainable, extensible code with minimum defects
Ability to manage individual task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables
Experience working with generative AI technologies, frontier language models, coding agents, and tools like Cognition AI’s Devin, Cline, Replit, Cursor

Responsibilities

Act as the governing lead for one or more teams of virtual developers using Cognition AI’s Devin (or similar toolsets)
Collaborate with Litera development teams to design innovative GenAI-based products and features using tools like Cline, Replit, and Cursor
Research, evaluate, and document new technologies, dev agents, and similar tools as they appear on the market
Socialize recent technologies throughout the Engineering department
Function as an evangelist for leveraging GenAI to responsibly benefit the company and its clients
Write clean, maintainable code that is extensible with minimum number of defects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Engineering and Product Management to complete tasks
Manage individual task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables
Demonstrate knowledge of software and security best practices (i.e., object-oriented design patterns, OWASP Top 10, SOLID design principles)
Produce documentation
