Requirements

  • Reside within reasonable commuting distance of the Denver office for on-site presence at least three days per week
  • Passion for building AI-forward solutions that scale globally
  • Knowledge of software and security best practices (e.g., object-oriented design patterns, OWASP Top 10, SOLID design principles)
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, extensible code with minimum defects
  • Ability to manage individual task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Experience working with generative AI technologies, frontier language models, coding agents, and tools like Cognition AI’s Devin, Cline, Replit, Cursor

Responsibilities

  • Act as the governing lead for one or more teams of virtual developers using Cognition AI’s Devin (or similar toolsets)
  • Collaborate with Litera development teams to design innovative GenAI-based products and features using tools like Cline, Replit, and Cursor
  • Research, evaluate, and document new technologies, dev agents, and similar tools as they appear on the market
  • Socialize recent technologies throughout the Engineering department
  • Function as an evangelist for leveraging GenAI to responsibly benefit the company and its clients
  • Write clean, maintainable code that is extensible with minimum number of defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Engineering and Product Management to complete tasks
  • Manage individual task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Demonstrate knowledge of software and security best practices (i.e., object-oriented design patterns, OWASP Top 10, SOLID design principles)
  • Produce documentation
