Requirements
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience building web applications from the ground up, demonstrating proficiency in React and TailwindCSS, along with solid backend skills in Node.js (Express or similar) and experience working with PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database. Responsibilities
The Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for developing a custom internal platform from scratch using React and Node.js, collaborating directly with design and sales teams to implement user flows and key features, owning the full development cycle including planning, architecture, deployment, and maintenance, and proactively proposing improvements and shaping product decisions alongside the founder. They will also be responsible for driving features from idea to release and ensuring a seamless integration of the platform into the company's workflows.
