Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer, UI Engineer, or Full Stack Engineer with a frontend focus
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Expertise in at least one major frontend framework (Angular or React)
Solid command of HTML and CSS, including responsive design and layout techniques
Familiarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD processes
Experience integrating APIs and visualizing complex data
Familiarity with component-based architectures and state management
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex features
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications primarily built with React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS (experience with Angular is a plus)
Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into functional, high-quality web solutions
Implement new features, optimize existing components, and resolve UI/UX bugs in a timely manner
Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and consistent cross-browser performance
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in JavaScript/TypeScript, with strong use of HTML and CSS (or CSS frameworks)
Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, including testing, CI/CD, and code review practices
Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright)
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), and modern DevOps workflows (Docker, AWS, S3, CloudFront)
Learn and apply data visualization concepts, integrating tools such as Sigma as needed
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve applications like the Patient Chart Viewer, Source Data Validation Platform, and internal tool for analyzing patient demographics and cohort data
