Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React and Next.js. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+ features is required, as well as experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil. A strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR) in Next.js is necessary, alongside experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, and third-party integrations. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is also required, along with knowledge of best practices for accessibility (a11y), performance optimization, and SEO. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment are essential, as is previous experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
As a Front End Senior Developer, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back end developers to implement responsive and dynamic features, ensuring application performance, accessibility, and best practices in coding. You will also play a key role in monitoring and maintaining application performance, accessibility, and best practices in coding, as well as contributing to the development of new features and improvements within the application.
