Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with Backend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA to build exceptional products
  • Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to deployment, contributing valuable insights at each stage
  • Collaborate closely with team members to develop robust new features, APIs, and continuously improve Deel’s products, ensuring high quality and performance
  • Actively troubleshoot, identify, and resolve bugs to maintain Deel’s fast-paced development standards (DeelSpeed)
  • Ensure a seamless, white-glove user experience for our customers across all front-end touchpoints
