Front End Software Engineer (React/NextJS)

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in frontend development at a product-driven company, proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Redux Saga, a strong understanding of REST APIs, Core Web Vitals, and responsive design, and a solid grasp of software design principles (SOLID, design patterns, maintainable architecture). They should also have experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced agile teams and communicating effectively in English (C1) and a curious, user-first mindset.
The Front-end Developer will collaborate across functions with Engineers, QA, Product Analysts, and Product Managers to design solutions that solve real user and business problems, build high-impact features using a modern stack (React 18+, TypeScript 5+, Styled Components, React Query, Vite), deliver quality at speed by building clean, tested, and maintainable code with performance, scalability, and UX in mind, contribute to team excellence through thoughtful code reviews, documentation, and monitoring (Sentry, Datadog), and learn & iterate by participating in A/B tests, analyzing outcomes, and using insights to guide product and code decisions. They will also be accountable for delivering features that perform reliably in production and own what they build from development to deployment.
