Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a software company, and demonstrate proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analysis. They should be adept at reporting, analyzing, and forecasting P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, along with experience extracting and transforming datasets from CRM/ERP/BI platforms. A strong understanding of P&L structures and budgeting processes is also required.

Responsibilities

In this role, the FP&A Analyst will partner with budget owners to produce accurate budgets and recurring forecasts, support P&L reporting and forecasting activities, maintain and enhance key reports for business reviews and board meetings, collaborate with the Accounting team on monthly close processes, and conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed. The position also requires travel internationally 1-3 times per year.
