Requirements

  • Must have 6 months of Standup Forklift Operator Experience
  • Ability to obtain Forklift Certification
  • Ability to use computer
  • Ability to use handheld scanner
  • Must be able to visually inspect product for deficiencies
  • Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
  • Physical ability to push/pull/lift up to 65lbs with arms above shoulder level
  • Physical ability to reach high and low levels frequently
  • Physical ability to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently
  • Physical ability to climb step ladders and/or stairs
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive movements
  • Physical ability to stand on hard surface for up to 10 hours per day
  • Willingness to work in cold and damp environments

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklift and electronic pallet jack
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Maintain inventory
  • Perform small mechanical adjustments
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in the department
  • Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements
  • Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor
