Requirements

Must have 3 months work experience listed on application (can be multiple employers but must add up to 3 months)
Proficiency in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels
Willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs
Willing and able to stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach as required in all areas
Willing and able to stand 8-10 hours on hard floors
Willing and able to perform repetitive motions as required in many areas
Willing and able to work in a cold, damp environment
Willing and able to work on slippery walking surfaces
Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment

Responsibilities

Ensure all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner
Maintain a safe work environment
Adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
Work in any department of the meat processing facility, including Shipping, Receiving, or Production
