Requirements

  • Must have 3 months work experience listed on application (can be multiple employers but must add up to 3 months)
  • Proficiency in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels
  • Willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Willing and able to stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach as required in all areas
  • Willing and able to stand 8-10 hours on hard floors
  • Willing and able to perform repetitive motions as required in many areas
  • Willing and able to work in a cold, damp environment
  • Willing and able to work on slippery walking surfaces
  • Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment

  • Ensure all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
  • Work in any department of the meat processing facility, including Shipping, Receiving, or Production
