Requirements

Ability to drive a forklift (铲车)
Knowledge of warehouse management practices
Ability to manage import/export operations
Familiarity with shipping documentation and records
Understanding of material verification processes (variety, specifications, quantity)
Knowledge of safe material handling and stacking procedures (e.g., neat placement, not too high, no exposed wires)
Proficiency in container loading checks (7-point inspection method) and reporting abnormalities
Attention to detail for ensuring accuracy of receipts, shipments, inventory documents

Responsibilities

Manage import/export and production planning information
Receive and store finished products according to warehouse requirements
Arrange shipment of finished products based on plans
Maintain and manage shipping documents
Prepare materials for shipment based on outbound plans and ensure timely customer pickup
Arrange handling of various materials, verify variety, specifications, quantity
Drive forklift to place materials neatly by variety, specification, classification, and position
Ensure materials are stacked neatly during transport, not too high, prevent damage (e.g., no exposed wires)
Register and inspect finished product container loading, perform 7-point checks, report abnormalities
Ensure accuracy of all material receipt, shipment, and inventory documents
