Candidates must have completed a foreign pharmacy degree and successfully passed the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination (FPGEE) and the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). They require completion of a US Internship, preparation for and passing all required Pharmacist licensure exams and processes within 120-days of completing the US Internship hours, and a demonstrated understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
As a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate, the role involves assisting the pharmacy team to ensure smooth pharmacy operations, accurate prescription fulfillment, and exceptional patient care, while consistently applying SOPs and demonstrating empathy and genuine care in all interactions. The graduate will also contribute to safe and effective pharmacy operations, participate in mixed modality learning plans, and develop business acumen and leadership skills through hands-on experience and interactions with leaders and the pharmacy team.
