Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in food safety, public health, or related major
5+ years of relevant food safety work experience; priority for experience in food operation enterprises' food safety and quality management
Excellent quality management awareness with deep understanding of quality systems such as HACCP, ISO22000
Familiarity with food safety principles, application of food safety management systems, and relevant regulations in food services
Excellent project management skills to effectively control project progress and achieve goals
Excellent team collaboration spirit and internal/external communication skills
Ability to travel nationwide; strong self-motivation
Priority for those with knowledge and practical experience in cleaning, disinfection, or related chemicals
Responsibilities
Provide professional guidance and support to clients on food safety management; help clients develop food safety regulations and processes
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide optimized food safety solutions to enhance client satisfaction
Assist the sales team in providing food safety support and training to key clients
Continuously enhance personal knowledge in food safety by proactively tracking and learning new trends in the catering industry, including food safety standards, application of food safety management systems, local regulations, disinfection and hygiene applications, etc
Understand Ecolab's resources available to support food safety clients (e.g., projects, training tools, government and expert support, international/domestic food safety experts) and utilize them effectively
Understand clients' corporate culture, food safety goals and their impact on Ecolab; stay informed about food safety clients' company policies and personnel changes, analyze their impact on the company, and promptly communicate this information to relevant company personnel
