Flight Test Engineer at Mach Industries

Candidates need an engineering degree (or significant relevant experience), a minimum of 5 years in related aerospace preferably UAS flight test engineering, and skills in test operations, flight test campaigns, self-leadership, field work willingness, travel readiness, and good written communication.

Mach Industries is a defense manufacturing company with a small lean team that ideates, designs, manufactures, and sells cutting-edge weapons to the Department of Defense.

The ideal candidate is a private pilot or R/C aircraft enthusiast who loves aviation, has good candor in high-pressure situations, is highly organized with data collection skills, and is comfortable being in the field regularly.
