Responsibilities

Assist in planning driver routes (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing)
Assist Station Head in daily routine tasks: Receive & Return shipment, Sorting, Van Inbound, Latlong Parcels, PETs Ticket creation, Route Monitoring, Route Inbound, Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)
Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations
Assist Station Head to ensure all documents are properly kept and updated
Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness
Comply to Ninjavan Code of Conduct
Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective
Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes (training, campaigns, induction, etc.)
Take care of own and others' safety
