Cyber Network Engineer Role

As a Cyber Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our network security services. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting customers and partners, and implementing solutions that enhance our network product offerings. Your expertise will help ensure seamless delivery of network security services and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in SonicWall's Network Security software solutions.
  • Perform advanced analysis and troubleshooting of network products and applications.
  • Guide and support partners on implementation, configuration, and maintenance of security products and services.
  • Deliver prompt and professional technical support through tickets and phone interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendor support to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Identify, reproduce, and log defects; work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the creation of training content and mentor support team members as needed.
  • Document technical solutions to enhance the internal knowledge base and support resources.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new tools, and emerging threats by attending training and security events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in network engineering, cybersecurity, or technical support.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and security principles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
