ChowNow

Online ordering system for independent restaurants

About ChowNow

ChowNow provides online ordering systems specifically designed for independent restaurants. Their service allows restaurants to integrate orders from multiple platforms, including their own websites, Facebook, Google pages, and ChowNow’s own site, into a single centralized hub. This means restaurant owners do not have to manage multiple devices for different order sources. Unlike many competitors that charge high fees for third-party services, ChowNow offers a commission-free model, making it a more affordable option for small to medium-sized independent restaurants. The company generates revenue through subscription fees and service charges, aiming to help restaurant owners streamline their ordering processes and improve the overall customer experience.
