Requirements

Candidates should possess a university degree, preferably in Finance / Controlling / Business Administration; a postgraduate university degree is a plus, and a CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CIMA accounting certification is preferred. They should also have at least 10 years of experience in a relevant area, with 2-3 years specifically in FP&A.

Responsibilities

The Senior FP&A Manager will manage the daily transactional operations of FP&A processes, ensuring service level agreements and customer expectations are met, and will lead the process of solving operational issues. They will be accountable for the timely and correct execution of ongoing transactions, consistent application of rules and policies, and the monitoring of execution in accordance with global process design. Furthermore, the role involves supporting FP&A process design, managing change requests, ensuring SLAs are met through performance reporting, managing resolution processes, and driving continuous improvement measures. The manager will also contribute to achieving operational efficiency targets, leading the SSC FP&A team, performing performance management and development, preparing management reporting, validating reports, coordinating Controlling-related month-end activities, supporting the annual budgeting process, and providing support for FP&A-related project activities.
