Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and a minimum of eight plus years of experience in a finance-focused role, with a strong emphasis on supply chain operations. Experience in partnering with manufacturing organizations is required, and knowledge of ERP technologies such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with workflow automation and business intelligence software are also desired.

Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Finance Senior Manager will develop supply chain and finance strategies by assessing client needs and recommending approaches leveraging CFGI assets, oversee and transform cost accounting and inventory processes, lead analysis of material, labor, and overhead variances, provide best-in-class business partnering support, deliver quality reports and analysis, maintain an understanding of trends affecting supply chains, and identify and support CFGI business development initiatives by serving as a subject matter expert.
