Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis is required, as well as experience with FP&A systems such as Pigment. Knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition principles and data management practices is also desired.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst, FP&A at BlueCat, you will manage key financial processes including corporate reporting, cash flow management, and business partnering for the Corporate Services organization. You will prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards, conduct variance analysis, identify cost optimization opportunities, and provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions. Additionally, you will assist with cash flow forecasting, support FP&A system administration and optimization, and participate in M&A activities and other strategic initiatives, working closely with Finance, IT, and Systems teams to improve financial visibility and operational efficiency.
