Responsibilities

Handle both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Ensure daily accounting transactions are posted into Zero
Assist with budget trackers and cost reconciliations for conferences (a new process requiring careful invoice tracking)
Assist with the production of monthly finance reports across the business
Support ad-hoc finance projects and assist with the implementation of new finance processes
