Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
  • Clean criminal background
  • Pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
  • Previous experience in construction or field installation preferred but not required
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel frequently (including regular overnight travel)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in field setup upon arrival at the job site
  • Accurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings
  • Operate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation
  • Cut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives
  • Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue
  • Inspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project
  • Support the final job site walk-through to ensure installation quality
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager
  • Follow all company safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor or Human Resources
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall project goals
  • Participate in cross-functional duties and provide support to colleagues when needed
