At least 21 years of age
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
Clean criminal background
Pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
Previous experience in construction or field installation preferred but not required
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel frequently (including regular overnight travel)

Responsibilities

Assist in field setup upon arrival at the job site
Accurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings
Operate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation
Cut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives
Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue
Inspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment
Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project
Support the final job site walk-through to ensure installation quality
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager
Follow all company safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor or Human Resources
Collaborate with team members to support overall project goals
Participate in cross-functional duties and provide support to colleagues when needed
