The annual hiring range is $61,300.00 - $150,150.00, with actual compensation varying based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skills. A portion of On-Target Earnings is variable and tied to sales-related goals.
The work arrangement is fully remote, but candidates near Mississauga or Montreal must come to the office on Mondays. Travel to an Arrow office location is required as requested by leadership.
Candidates need 5+ years of electronic design experience with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, must have FPGA design experience including HDL, Simulation, and Verification, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Sales experience is beneficial.
