Requirements

Associate’s degree in STEM, Business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university with 2+ years of professional experience, or High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum of 5 years of professional HSE experience in oil & gas, power, and/or industrial industry
Background in Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), preferably in field service or industrial environments
Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office products and other basic computer skills
Experience with safety systems including: ISN, Avetta, RIGPASS, DISA

Responsibilities

Create, update, and transmit Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) credentials for Field Engineers across North America
Ensure all certifications, medical clearances, and safety training records are current and compliant with internal and customer requirements
Maintain internal and customer-facing documentation surrounding Field Engineer technical, medical, and safety records
Support all HSE related incidents and the administration thereof, including reporting, investigation, and documentation
Perform comprehensive job planning including all Safety, Drug & Alcohol, and Medical Systems (e.g., ISN, Avetta, RIGPASS, DISA)
Direct administration of OSCA Trainings and Certifications for engineers deploying to California
Manage company insurance certificates related to Field Service Mobilizations
Administer and enforce Panametrics internal training requirements
Proactively interface between all functions of the company and customers concerning technical, operational, and EHS challenges as applicable to any assignment
Ensure safe and compliant performance of all activities in line with the company’s and customers’ environmental health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures
Maintain uncompromising integrity to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and company rules and requirements
