Responsibilities

  • Performs general facility support tasks related to one or multiple functions, such as building security issues and access system maintenance, shipping and receiving, distribution of mail to employees, furniture and equipment moves, and conference room set up
  • Performs building or equipment maintenance tasks including the completion of work orders, scheduled routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Manages the access control system including daily tracking of attendance
  • Coordinates the purchase of supplies and manages supply inventories
  • Responds to facility-related emergencies as assigned
  • Coordinates assigned activities with outside contractors and vendors, as needed
