Requirements

Candidates must possess a university degree in a life sciences field, a Registered Nursing certification, or equivalent qualifications. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinical research monitor is required, along with a solid understanding of ICH-GCP, EU, and FDA regulations. Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology and the relevant therapeutic area, along with outstanding communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills, are essential. Fluency in both English and the local language (Croatian) is mandatory, and a valid driver's license is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Research Associate will perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process, including conducting monitoring activities independently. They will be expected to thrive in multi-national project teams, deliver exemplary customer service on complex projects, and take ownership of their work. The role involves contributing to end-to-end support for clinical trials, from study start-up to close-out, and helping to define and develop clinical programs while minimizing delays and executing high-quality studies.
