Certification in Ethics and Compliance
Degree in Law, Business Law, Compliance, or related fields
Proven experience in similar roles within regulated industries or multinational environments
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English

Responsibilities

Co-design and implement Compliance and Privacy policies aligned with global standards and local regulations
Participate in internal investigations, providing analysis and proposing corrective actions
Maintain and update the company’s risk matrix, monitoring mitigation plans and identifying improvement opportunities
Review and evaluate third-party due diligence, assessing risks and defining adequate controls
Lead and support internal communication and training initiatives to strengthen our ethical culture
Collaborate in the evaluation of internal processes and external vendors to ensure compliance with data privacy frameworks, including GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Law
