Responsibilities

  • Co-design and implement Compliance and Privacy policies aligned with global standards and local regulations
  • Participate in internal investigations, providing analysis and proposing corrective actions
  • Maintain and update the company’s risk matrix, monitoring mitigation plans and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Review and evaluate third-party due diligence, assessing risks and defining adequate controls
  • Lead and support internal communication and training initiatives to strengthen our ethical culture
  • Collaborate in the evaluation of internal processes and external vendors to ensure compliance with data privacy frameworks, including GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Law
