Requirements

The candidate should possess a complete higher education degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, or related fields; solid and applied experience as a technical leader (Tech Lead) with a background in (Java, Python, .NET); excellent knowledge in Java (Spring Boot, Data, Batch) and microservices REST architecture; relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra); Cloud AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, SQS, Athena, RDS); CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI), testing (JUnit, Mockito); Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); Kafka and event-driven messaging; Observability (Grafana, Kibana, Dynatrace); ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and to technically lead multidisciplinary teams; English proficiency; considered a differential knowledge in microfrontends, Angular and BFF (Backend for Frontend); experience with GraphQL, UX/UI, Figma and Responsive Design; experience with modern architectural patterns: DDD, BDD, SOLID, Service Mesh, Data Mesh; certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Developer, GCP Cloud Developer); experience with Big Data and Analytics technologies (Data Lake, ETL, Adobe Analytics).

Responsibilities

The Tech Lead will lead technically engineering squads focused on data ingestion and processing; will operate end-to-end in the software lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring; will propose and implement scalable, observable, and secure solutions integrated with modern ecosystems (Cloud, Big Data, APIs, microservices); will conduct architectural analyses, proof of concepts, and design of reusable components; will promote code reviews, learning sessions, and dissemination of best practices; will be a technical reference for resolving critical roadblocks and supporting the growth of developers within the squads; will align technical decisions with company strategies, working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
