Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Engineering Technology, and have up to two years of prior internship and post-graduate work experience. Required skills include strong analytical and conceptual thinking, proficiency in MS Office (Google Suite preferred), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, strong problem-solving skills, comfort working with all organizational levels, and the ability to work in ambiguity. A willingness to travel and remain mobile is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Entry Level Rotational Engineer will participate in a two-year program consisting of three eight-month assignments within the Engineering function, gaining exposure to areas such as Field, Project, Process, and Applications Engineering. Responsibilities include working on challenging projects, interacting with various teams, receiving one-on-one mentoring, and participating in leadership development activities. The role requires physical relocation for each assignment and may lead to placement in a permanent role upon successful completion of the program.
