Requirements

  • People management experience with ongoing IC/TL responsibilities
  • Expert knowledge of either Rust or C++
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable and horizontally scalable distributed systems
  • Knowledge of service observability and reliability best practices
  • Experience in operating commonly used databases such as PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, and CockroachDB
  • 4 to 12 years of software engineering experience, including 1+ year of people management
  • Background in full stack with in-depth understanding of product architecture
  • Proven experience in AI or machine learning product implementation with APIs, back-end, and front-end interfaces
  • Expertise in prompt engineering
  • Proven Expertise in Python and/or TypeScript
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in Python and/or TypeScript
  • Understanding of the HTTP protocol
  • Strong engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science

  • Ship high-quality code and complete projects in challenging environments
  • Navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced startup
  • Interface with customers to clarify requirements and drive projects to completion
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable AI-driven solutions
  • Work with large, complex codebases and design efficient data processing and model serving architectures
  • Turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
