Based in St. Petersburg (or ready to move to St. Petersburg with company support)
Third- or fourth-year student or recent graduate (up to two years after graduation)
English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
STEM academic background is preferable
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Critical thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to work in diverse organizations and teams
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
Lead a business project in manufacturing process optimization, loss elimination, quality control, or development of engineering systems (as a Manufacturing Intern)
Lead projects focused on energy efficiency, safety, equipment digitalization, sustainable development, and predictive maintenance (as an Engineering Intern)
Utilize digital tools to enhance operational performance and promote ESG initiatives
