Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction to innovation initiatives and research work
Follow industry and academic trends to identify high impact initiatives and partnerships
Collaborate with experts to develop novel algorithmic approaches and evaluate their clinical relevance
Communicate with customers, clinicians and product management for identifying future needs for new algorithms, performance improvements etc
Communicate globally with different R&D organizations for identifying opportunities to exchange and platform algorithm technology, clinical data, testing capabilities, etc
Bring innovations into technology roadmaps aligned with customer needs
Drive change for use of AI in development and product algorithms
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, common goals, and ownership
Attract and mentor a team of talented algorithms developers supporting their personal growth
Lead algorithm teams in program execution
