Requirements

Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience as an IC Software Engineer and 4 years in management, demonstrating experience or knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 protocols, and the challenges related to developing large, distributed systems. A high degree of technical curiosity and knowledge is required, along with a proven track record of recruiting, nurturing, and scaling high-performing teams, and the capacity to articulate and communicate a vision. Experience navigating a hyper-growth environment and familiarity with financial data sets are preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage a team of software engineers, setting clear goals, managing project timelines, and maintaining team cohesion and morale. You will participate in setting the roadmap and plan to continue to drive Chainlink as the global standard for onchain finance. You will contribute technically to some of our most intriguing technical challenges, own the hiring and onboarding process, and build data products end to end, including tooling, monitoring and alerting, and orchestrating decentralized oracle networks. You will work closely with all functions at Chainlink, from engineering, product, go-to-market, operations, finance, and more to ensure the team releases highly reliable and performant products across hundreds of blockchains and users.
