Capability to handle day-to-day operations, incident management, change management, and problem resolution related to Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance, address risks, and ensure secure, appropriate, and timely access to enterprise resources

Responsibilities

Deliver secure, appropriate, and timely access to enterprise resources
Support capabilities to achieve and sustain the Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy
Perform day-to-day operations for IAM, PAM, and encryption platforms and services
Manage incidents, changes, and problem resolution related to IAM
Participate in on-call rotation to resolve priority IAM requests outside standard working hours for 24/7 operational resilience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and address risks
