Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Data Science, Statistics or related field
1-5 years of experience in product engineering or related field
Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, MATLAB, JMP, SPSS for process optimization and root cause analysis (preferred)
Understanding of data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire) (preferred)
Experience with prototyping, testing, and validating product designs (preferred)
Ability to interpret data and apply statistical methods to solve product or process issues
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot product issues and contribute to root cause analysis
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to product development
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
