Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Data Science, Statistics or related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in product engineering or related field
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, MATLAB, JMP, SPSS for process optimization and root cause analysis (preferred)
  • Understanding of data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire) (preferred)
  • Experience with prototyping, testing, and validating product designs (preferred)
  • Ability to interpret data and apply statistical methods to solve product or process issues
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot product issues and contribute to root cause analysis
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to product development
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
