Candidates must possess the ability to develop high-quality code in C++ for the Windows OS, demonstrated through job experience or community projects. Experience working on a team to ship major features and releases is required, along with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment. Understanding of networking fundamentals is also necessary. Experience with Mac and Linux OS development, and experience building cybersecurity-related products are considered a plus.
The Engineer III, Falcon Host Sensor will lead engineering efforts, collaborating with product management to define work scope and demonstrate ownership and accountability. They will design and develop user-mode software for Windows systems, owning features from design to delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating with multi-functional, geographically distributed teams, troubleshooting product issues reported by customers, and developing software for products such as Falcon Discover.
