Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. Proven ability to scale backend systems, including sharding, partitioning, and horizontal scaling, is required, along with a solid understanding of distributed systems and scalability challenges. Experience with Go, Java 8, and Python is beneficial, and familiarity with technologies like Cassandra, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Postgres, and Redis is a plus.
As an Engineer III, Cloud - Graph Systems, you will contribute to backend engineering efforts, designing, developing, documenting, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing large-scale services. You will take ownership and accountability for deliverables, triage system issues, debug by analyzing root causes, and contribute to improving architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance, and stability. Furthermore, you will partner with product teams to build their use-cases and solutions on the platform, ensuring the development of the CrowdStrike Asset Platform system.
