Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in engineering operations, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, or Go
Strong experience with DevOps tools and practices, including deployment automation and monitoring
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing, deployment, and monitoring
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or similar
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize development workflows and improve release velocity
Drive process improvements and automation across engineering operations
Monitor and report on KPIs and operational metrics to ensure system health and performance
Support onboarding, resource planning, and capacity management
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, security policies, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, pipelines, and tooling
