1+ years of prior experience as a restaurant Busser or Food Runner (preferred)
Willing and able to work full-time schedule of Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:45pm, including holidays
Responsibilities
Collaborate with servers to ensure proper guest service
Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, and ensure ashtrays are clean and available in designated smoking areas
Clear, clean, and sanitize booths, chairs, and tables, resetting them with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, and other necessary tabletop items
Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from tables and transport them to the kitchen for washing, properly disposing of trash in designated receptacles
Coordinate table availability and communicate consistently with servers, hostesses, and management to ensure efficient table turnaround
Serve and refill water, coffee, and soft drinks as needed
Maintain cleanliness of dining room floors
Maintain the dining area, storeroom, food pick up area, and beverage station
