Requirements
- 1+ years of prior experience as a restaurant Busser or Food Runner (preferred)
- Willing and able to work full-time schedule of Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:45pm, including holidays
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with servers to ensure proper guest service
- Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, and ensure ashtrays are clean and available in designated smoking areas
- Clear, clean, and sanitize booths, chairs, and tables, resetting them with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, and other necessary tabletop items
- Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from tables and transport them to the kitchen for washing, properly disposing of trash in designated receptacles
- Coordinate table availability and communicate consistently with servers, hostesses, and management to ensure efficient table turnaround
- Serve and refill water, coffee, and soft drinks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room floors
- Maintain the dining area, storeroom, food pick up area, and beverage station
