Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 12-month fixed-term rotational program starting February 2026, with exposure to sales development and solution engineering
  • Complete extensive onboarding during the first month, including immersion in Salesforce culture, values, solutions, technologies, tools, and critical professional skills through structured learning, sessions, and hands-on workshops
  • Engage in rotations spending 60% of time immersed in role-specific tasks and targets in either Sales Graduate Path or Solution Engineering Graduate Path, aligning with key stakeholders
  • Dedicate 40% of time to additional structured learning and development
  • Build foundational skills through in-role experience, customer interaction, and mentorship from senior sales and solution engineering professionals
  • Meet eligibility and readiness criteria to potentially promote to a chosen career path (sales or solution engineering) by month 7, depending on business demand
