Requirements

Evidence of successful leadership in embedded software engineering
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proactive, can-do attitude
Excellent people skills
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with experience in Embedded Systems
Background in Software Development with hands-on experience from Embedded Software
Knowledge of embedded software architectures and development environments and tooling
Proven track record of delivering quality software on or before schedule
Ability to handle and work with not well defined and/or changing requirements

Responsibilities

Assuming overall responsibility of embedded software development deliverables
Planning and managing the work of embedded software development and application engineering teams, including planning and delivery of software releases
Planning and reporting of status and progress
Leading and enabling the success and growth of our software teams
Cooperating and coordinating across teams in software, application engineering, marketing and external contractors across global sites and teams to ensure flawless delivery of our initiatives
Contribution to the development of Software Engineering practices locally and globally
Participating in the hiring of future SW talents
