Brief Description: Qualinx is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join their team and contribute to the development of their groundbreaking digital RF technology product. This role involves understanding user requirements, writing C code, designing tests, and collaborating with various engineering teams.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Embedded Software Engineer.
- Programming Skills:
- Strong proficiency in embedded C programming.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Knowledge of programming Microcontrollers, especially ARM Cortex-M.
- Teamwork & Communication: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in the Semiconductor industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GNSS positioning technologies.
- Experience with MATLAB.
- Hardware background and experience with debugging & reading schematics.
Responsibilities
- Understand user requirements and make specifications for embedded applications.
- Write, debug, and troubleshoot C code.
- Design, develop, and implement unit tests and functional tests.
- Improve critical parts of the code for speed or power consumption.
- Interact with hardware engineers, application software engineers, and lead engineers for product development.
- Maintain our embedded software products.
