  • 2 years of successful independent support of Electrophysiology mapping procedures
  • Experience working in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life science industry
  • Fluent English and Portuguese and computer skills

  • Located in Porto (working territory: North of Portugal)

Responsibilities

  • Provide proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment (Generators, software (SW) functionalities, pump and accessories)
  • Provide in-service training to introduce new technologies to various hospital stakeholders and ensure technology acceptance
  • Be an active participant in the development of advanced clinical workflows
  • Work closely with the education team and support the development of training centers
  • Share clinical best practices with colleagues to continuously optimize customer experience
  • Work with field service engineers on technical troubleshooting
  • Develop best-in-class professional customer relationships
  • Provide feedback on marketing on system utilization and participate in NPD (New product development) discussions
