  • Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • Work 36-48 hours per week on 12-hour rotating night shift (6:30 PM EST – 6:30 AM EST: 2 nights on, 2 nights off, every other weekend)
  • Onsite in Johns Creek, GA

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative and corrective maintenance for all production equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems
  • Assist others with technical problems within the team, including production personnel
  • Assist in parts repair shop to rebuild and restore used parts to "as built" condition to contribute to annual cost avoidance
  • Assist with improvements to maintenance systems (Preventative, Corrective, Predictive, and Spare Parts)
  • Assist with technical projects for equipment retrofits and upgrades, and with revising or writing SOPs and shop repair instructions
  • Optimize manufacturing equipment and processes for balanced gains in product quality, output, yield, and cost reduction
  • Assist with completing validation protocols
