Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 2 years experience on digital and FPGA in designing electrical hardware
  • Experience with VHDL/Verilog design and simulations using QuestaSim for Altera/Intel, Xilinx/AMD, Lattice FPGA/CPLD devices including timing closure and constraint management
  • Experience taking and making conclusions from data that drive decision making

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for electrical hardware design; design, develop, modify and evaluate electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems (skill sets: digital, FPGA with writing VHDL)
  • Engaging in all phases of new product introduction, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support
  • Maintain and develop new and existing designs to meet customer needs
  • Work on digital and FPGA design & development for MRI with compliance of GE HealthCare product development process
  • Resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures (with some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework and regular touchpoints with senior team members)
