Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience with benefits and/or implementation processes is required. Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Office products is also necessary, along with a basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server. Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
The EDI Analyst II will configure files on the bswift EDI platform (Feedbuilder) based on client plan requirements and carrier file layouts. Responsibilities include testing new and existing file transmissions for accuracy, troubleshooting and resolving client/carrier inquiries, and providing timely status updates on projects. The analyst will also deliver root cause analyses, assist with QA testing and production verification during product releases, attend team meetings, and complete maintenance tickets such as PGP key updates and file replacements.
