Requirements

MOCoPA - held within the last 3 years and can provide evidence
Gas Safe – CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
Track record of safety and customer excellence
Comfortable interacting with customers, explaining meters, in-home displays, energy savings, and answering questions

Responsibilities

Fitting dual fuel smart meters in customers' homes
Showing customers how their meter and in-home display work
Explaining how meters help save energy
Answering customer questions about the green energy revolution
Participating in a rotating call-out schedule once every five weeks (Monday to Sunday)
Handling Saturday working as required (dual fuel or single fuel installations)
Attending in-person recruitment event including practical trade test and interview (for successful candidates)
