Class B CDL with Airbrake Endorsement
2 years of driving experience
High School degree or equivalent
Driver’s License Abstract meeting Virtua Health’s insurance carrier standards
CPR certification (where transporting patients)
Clean driving record
Compliance with all New Jersey driving laws

Responsibilities

Transport materials, patients, or employees throughout the system or region as directed
Maintain good working relationships and assist patients/customers on and off the vehicle
Load and unload materials as required
Recognize and triage patient concerns or problems to appropriate staff
Drive vehicle safely at all times
Create optimal schedules and routes for department objectives
Maintain vehicle service schedule and report malfunctions to supervisor
Keep vehicle clean and perform daily inspections
Perform basic office duties during downtime
