Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of any work experience relevant to working in a document production warehouse environment (filing work, warehouse/fulfillment or related helpful)
  • Basic computer skills: proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook; data entry and research
  • Ability to read hand-written file numbers/letters
  • Basic math skills
  • Extraordinary customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team situations
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize work, balance multiple projects, and meet deadlines/production requirements
  • Good problem-solving skills; proactive in fast-paced environment
  • Able to quickly learn and adapt with on-the-job training
  • Excellent attendance
  • Physical ability to lift/push/pull boxes up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in small places, use fine/gross motor skills, walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods
  • Maintain complete confidentiality and adhere to security restrictions
  • Comply with device policy (no cell phones, digital cameras, or imaging devices on work floor)
  • Comply with corporate casual dress code

Responsibilities

  • Process high volumes of financial documents for storage or retrieval, including unloading banker boxes, prepping for scan or on-site filing
  • Work independently to meet/exceed daily production expectations
  • Problem solve to identify where files/documents need to go
  • Perform basic data entry and research as needed
  • Comply with SPS/Client device policy and dress code
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
  • Unpack boxes of files/documents and stage for on-site or off-site storage
  • Locate and retrieve documents
