Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of document production experience, preferably in legal, banking, or corporate settings. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong keyboarding skills are essential. Familiarity with additional document editing, conversion, and PDF tools is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to understand and act on client instructions. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment are also key requirements. Arabic speaking skills are considered an advantage.
The Document Production Specialist will create, format, edit, and proofread business documents according to client specifications and brand standards, performing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. This role involves reviewing and clarifying incoming job requests, tracking tasks using logs or workflow systems to meet deadlines, and performing intake and workflow coordination functions while escalating issues as needed. The specialist will communicate project status and concerns effectively, proficiently use required software and technology, and troubleshoot basic software or hardware issues. Adherence to company and client policies, including data security and confidentiality, is mandatory. The role also supports a proactive, service-focused environment, contributes to continuous process improvement, and uses equipment and supplies efficiently.
