- Conduct RCA and RCCA to identify and prevent defect/performance gap recurrence
- Track and prioritize registered issues for resolution
- Measure product/solution usability post-defect fixing and test gap plugging
- Analyze issues and plan reconfiguration/integration/removal/addition of components to enhance functionality, usability, security
- Analyze requirements/updates for business alignment and articulate solution impacts

- Guide teams on feasibility of new requirements
- Prioritize requirements to drive MVP creation
